2013 new project

one of my friend ask me to rebuild this old iron engine and rebuild an old ironhead more to bobber style

wish me luck for this build..because i still don't have an idea how it will look like hehehe

alternator repair

i have my old alternator and 3 of the magnet is not attach to basket, so i done some repair on in

half way shovelhead

progress going on

 

i cut and shave the sportster lags, polish the triple tree and put some paint on it

 

                             some job on the rear fender

 the final assembly on front end

 

                   i will post some new progress next week

work and work

seat bug..

after i done on seat bug, i open all the bike parts...

then i ask my brother to weld the whole frame

then prepare the frame for paint job

first layer of under coat paint

i use a lot of sand paper to smooth out the bondo then clean all the grease and oil on the frame. i also polish the rear shock...i really please with the final result

next i will pick up my chrome part, polish it up and finish all the paint work...i hope i can send more picture in this blog next week...adiossss

just visiting my friend scoot and helping installing new open primary on his softail....
